Your First Visit
When you arrive at our office for your appointment, you’ll immediately be greeted by our team and warmly welcomed before we take you back to begin your oral examination. Dr. Patel and our team believe in open communication and transparency, as well as fostering a judgment-free zone, so we’ll review all our findings with you and make sure you understand everything, no matter how minor it might seem. To help with this, we also make the most of different types of technology, including intraoral pictures, cone beam scanning, and more. All in all, we want you to feel confident before committing yourself to any sort of care!
Patient Forms
To help make your appointment as smooth and stress-free as possible, we’re happy to provide you with all the new patient forms you’ll need to complete in advance. You can fill out and submit these forms entirely online, or if you’d prefer to download them and bring them with you, that’s perfectly fine, too. Please let us know if you have any questions or if something doesn’t make sense.

We understand that dental insurance is an incredibly important investment that you’ve made in your oral health, which is why our office is proudly insurance-friendly. We are in-network with most PPO dental insurances such as Aetna, BCBS of Texas, Cigna, Guardian, United HealthCare, and Metlife. We know that these policies are often a little difficult to decipher, so if you have any questions about your coverage or how to maximize your benefits, please don’t hesitate to call ahead and let our team know. We’re also happy to file claims on your behalf.
